When Lambert was a kitten, he had a fondness for tofu over tuna. He pounced on tofu whenever he had the chance.
One day Lambert’s humans found out they had developed an intolerance to soy. Distraught with this news, Lambert set out to create a delicious soy-free tofu. He created Lambert’s Tofu Company and produces a plain black bean tofu to use for all of your bean-curd needs. Both are 100% organic and GMO-free. In addition, he created a spicy Southwest black bean tofu that’s ready to slice and grill, bake, fry or sauté.
